Kurgan (barrow) in the place of Buzava village, Vierhniadzvinsk Rajon, Viciebsk Voblasc, and a memorial plate in memory of the inhabitants of Buzava and neighbouring villages of Karzuny and Shabaly destroyed by the Hitlerites.

Village in the territory of Vierhniadzvinsk Rajon, Viciebsk Voblasc, destroyed along with its inhabitants by German Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War.
It was located 2 km southeast of the village of Liesnikova, the Kahanavichy Rural Council. Before the war, the village had had 14 homesteads with 55 people living in it.
During the Winter Magic punitive operation on February 24, 1943, the Hitlerites killed 55 inhabitants and burned the village (14 homesteads).
After the war, the village was not revived.
The grave of the fascism victims is located 3 km northeast of Gai village.
In 1965, a kurgan (barrow) was built on the place of the village, on top of which a stele was placed. The village is immortalised in the Hatyn memorial complex.
