Occupation newspaper in Belarus during the Great Patriotic War.
It was published in Belarusian from February 24 to June 29, 1944, in the town of Navagrudak, Baranavichy Voblasc, under the German authorities during the invasion of Belarus by German Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War. M. V. Ragulia was the responsible editor.
It published trending information and comments about events at the fronts of World War II, orders of the occupation authorities, resolutions of the Belarusian Central Council (Rada), speeches of Belarusian collaborationist organisations’ leaders; it wrote about the activities of the Belarusian People’s Self-Assistance, Union of Belarusian Youth, fight of local police detachments and the 1st Cossack Regiment stationed in Navagrudak against partisans. The pages of the newspaper contained essays on the history and ethnography of Belarus [about L. Sapiega, the history of Niasvizh, wedding customs of Navagrudchyna (Navagrudak Rajon), and others], poetry and prose works by A. Kakhanowskaja, T. Liebiada, A. Chemier, Ja. Shypshyna, and others.
